If you have just lost money

Email is not the fastest route. Contact your bank or the exchange you sent funds through immediately, then file an official report — our I got scammed page and Reporting Center walk you through it step by step. We cannot recover funds, and we will never charge you to try.

What to email us about

  • Help with a scam check

Not sure how to read a result, or the thing you're checking isn't in our database yet? Tell us what you're looking at and we'll take a look.

  • Corrections and removal requests

If you represent a business listed here and believe something is wrong or out of date, send the details and any supporting documents. We review every request and correct genuine errors.

  • Edit or delete your report, story, or account

Email us from the address you signed up with and tell us what you'd like changed or removed.

  • Press, research, and partnerships

Journalists, researchers, and consumer-protection organisations are welcome to get in touch.

  • Report someone impersonating us

We never contact you first, never ask for seed phrases or private keys, and never ask you to send crypto. If someone claims to be us and does, please forward it.

Please don't send us

  • Seed phrases, private keys, or wallet recovery words — ever, to anyone.
  • Passwords, one-time codes, or full identity documents.
  • Payment of any kind. Everything on this site that is free stays free.
